Senior Federal Contracts Specialist

Senior Contracts Specialist (Federal – Construction) We’re hiring a Senior Contracts Specialist to support high-impact federal construction and renovation projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned acquisition professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working across the full procurement lifecycle. What You’ll Do Lead and support end-to-end federal acquisitions (pre-award through closeout) Develop and manage RFPs, evaluations, and award processes Perform cost/price analysis and support source selections Administer contracts, including modifications and compliance Partner with Contracting Officers and program teams on critical projects What We’re Looking For 7+ years of federal contracting experience (1102 or equivalent) Strong knowledge of FAR Part 15 & FAR Part 36 Experience supporting construction, renovation, or facilities contracts Proven ability to manage full lifecycle acquisitions Bachelor’s degree required Nice to Have Experience with GSA contracts Background supporting large/complex projects GS-14 level experience or equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr
