In this role, you will mentor and support caregivers while actively participating in day-to-day task to ensure both team success and client satisfaction.What you’ll do:Oversee and support field caregivers (In-Home Aides, CNAs, and other field nurses)Oversee new hire orientation and competency check-off, including TB compliance and other new hire requirementsPartner with Talent Acquisition to lead the interview process for all field caregiversEnsure all care provided meets federal, state, and organizational regulationsCollaborate with Home Care Director and wider team on assessments, care plans, and client needs.Participate in care plan development, reassessments, and ongoing assuranceServe in rotating on-call schedule with the leadership team, supporting caregivers and clients after hoursWhat you’ll need:Valid RN license.Supervisory experience in home care, home health, or related fieldCompensation: 82k - 90k per year.Still curious about what Givens is all about?
