Customer Service Team Lead

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for organization and customer satisfaction? LaSalle Network is currently working with a benefits solutions client who is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to join their growing team. This role is onsite, based out of their High Point, NC office.
The Customer Service Team Lead will serve as a primary point of contact and leader for a team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring that incoming calls from various clients related to healthcare benefits, life insurance benefits, disability plans, and other human resource-related services are handled efficiently and effectively.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Open-ended contract (potential to go permanent based off of business need and performance)
- Location: High Point, NC
- On-Site Schedule: 100% onsite
- Compensation: $23.00-$25.00/hr

- Leading and mentoring a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Educating and advising callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes.
- Processing enrollment-related transactions and taking ownership of issues through resolution.
- Researching customer requests and following up with customers as needed.
- Assisting with company projects and handling administrative tasks.
- Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service efficiency.
- Handling escalated customer issues and providing solutions.
- Other projects assigned as needed.
- BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be conversational.
- Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently.
