We’re looking for a Resident Care Partner with a compassionate mindset and a passion for helping seniors. A self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative. This team member loves caring for patients. Could this be you?
Responsibilities:
- Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with Patient care needs.
- Assists residents with activities of daily living according to individual care plans.
- Observes residents and reports to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition.
- Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner.
- Participate with Activities.
- Be a team player.
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
- Can foster good resident and family relationships.
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
- A passion for working with elderly residents.
- Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
