Licensed Insurance Producer

The Insurance Administrator will support the growth and retention of the agency’s business while providing high-quality service. This full-time, long-term role and includes structured training and a transition period. The role focuses on timely service, accurate processing, and consistent communication with clients and carriers across all lines, with occasional involvement in new sales. Competitive salaried role with bonus and commission potential based on performance. Preference will be given to candidates who are fully licensed and, ideally, appointed with multiple carriers for faster onboarding. The ideal candidate combines deep performance marketing expertise with strong analytical discipline and executive-level communication skills. Location: Export, PA Hours: Full-Time, Permanent: 8:30am-4:30pm Job Type: In-person Salary: $65,000 / year Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the Insurance Department in daily operations, training, and transitions to ensure continuity of service and contribute to long-term growth. Deliver timely service, accurate processing, and clear communication with clients and carriers across all lines of business. Make proactive clients and prospect calls to manage relationships, execute benchmarking initiatives, raise market awareness, and pursue new business opportunities. Log all call activity, progress, and outcomes in the CRM system; maintain accurate, real-time updates in the agency management system for all client, policy, and revenue data. Work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating accountability, adaptability, and attention to detail. Partner with Marketing on insurance-related initiatives, including content support for communications and social media. Participate in monthly department meetings to share updates, insights, and initiatives. Provide administrative support for meetings, including calendar coordination, materials preparation, and documentation. Assist with licensing, carrier appointments, and onboarding as needed. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; experience in insurance, benefits administration, or service-focused roles strongly preferred. Active Life, Accident & Health insurance license preferred; candidates must be willing to obtain licensure if not currently licensed. Carrier appointments with multiple insurance carriers are a strong advantage. Proven ability to deliver timely service, accurate processing, and consistent communication with clients and carriers across all lines. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Client-focused, professional, and skilled at building long-term relationships through clear communication. Self-motivated, accountable, and committed to a long-term career in insurance. Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office environment; able to work independently and collaboratively. Office-based position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30am to 4:30pm, with flexibility to work outside of standard hours as needed to support client retention. May involve the rare occurrence of an overnight stay or off-site client meetings. Fast-paced environment requiring constant adaptability and collaboration.
