Quality Assurance Manager

I’m currently partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer in the Fort Worth area that is looking to bring on a Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality function. This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) , lead audits, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (AS9100 / ISO 9001) Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance Drive root cause corrective actions (RCCA) and continuous improvement initiatives Oversee supplier quality and performance Review customer requirements and ensure alignment with production Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers, inspectors, and technicians Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Sales What They’re Looking For Experience managing QMS in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 Experience with NADCAP (preferred) Ability to lead audits and drive corrective actions Strong communication and leadership skills Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus Why This Role?
