Were seeking a passionate and driven  Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician  to join our team in  Norton Shores, MI . This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

• Outpatient department of Trinity Health Muskegon 
• Outpatient office is located within a beautiful medical center with other services including Urogynecology, Lab, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation, Breast Center and Primary Care
• Clinic Schedule: 32 hours of patient facing care through Lakes Village, Grand Haven office and surgery
• Minimum of 20 patients per office day
• Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum OB/GYN care including:
  • Preventive screenings and wellness exams
  • Prenatal and postpartum care
  • Total gynecologic services
  • Natural family planning
  • Infertility evaluations and management
• Call Coverage: Shared 1:10 call rotation at 1 hospital with a team of in-house experienced providers
• Team Composition: 7 providers total 5 physicians and 2 APPs
• Academic Engagement: Opportunities to teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows through our academic affiliations

Requirements

• Open to new graduates
• Physicians shall be board certified in an appropriate area of clinical practice or is board eligible and will become board certified within five years following the Start Date (unless sooner required by the applicable medical staff bylaws)
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license
• ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
