The Medve Group, Inc. is seeking a highly energetic, sales driven leasing professional to interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy at Plantations at Lafayette and Grove at Plantation. Responsibilities: Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community. Provides information about the apartments and the community to the prospective residents. Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents. Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves. Prepares monthly competitive survey reports and analyzes the real estate market trends. Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities, such as newsletters, parties, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
