Sales Associate

Core Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet customers immediately, offer styling advice, and handle all transactions at the cash register. Buying & Pricing: Assist in buying gently used items from customers. You will learn to evaluate condition, determine current trends, and price/ticket items according to store guidelines. Merchandising: Restock the sales floor, build displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store atmosphere. Point of Sale (POS): Learn and operate the computerized sales tracking system for sales, buys, and returns. Typical Qualifications Trend Awareness: A strong sense of style and a solid knowledge of current teen and young adult fashion brands. People Skills: An outgoing, energetic, and positive personality with excellent communication skills. Availability & Physicality: Ability to work flexible schedules, stand for extended periods, and regularly lift/move up to 40-50 pounds.
