About the Role:

The Warehouse Employee PM plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory and materials during the evening shift. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and distributing products in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The role requires close collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Attention to detail and adherence to company policies and safety standards are essential to prevent errors and accidents. Ultimately, the Warehouse Employee PM contributes to the overall success of the supply chain by facilitating smooth warehouse processes during the post-meridian hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work evening shifts as scheduled.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments to ensure correct quantities and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping targets.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to minimize risks and ensure compliance.

Skills:

The required skills such as physical stamina and basic math are essential for handling daily warehouse tasks like lifting, sorting, and inventory counting.
