BUSY DRIVING SCHOOL HIRING TEACHERS AND INSTRUCTORS

We are a local based driving school that is SUPER BUSY! We are looking for qualified candidates to join our Road Safety Team! We operate offices in Parker and Castle Rock. We are currently looking for candidates to mostly service our office in Castle Rock. Our students are of all legal driving ages but most are teens working to obtain their license for the first time. We are a certified drivers license testing facility. Driving Instructor Position Lessons vary and are broken down into 90 minute-2 hour increments. Candidate must be available at least 3 days per week. As of current after school and weekend sessions are in high demand so the ideal candidate would be able to work after 3:00P. Once school is out anytime through the week is in demand we are open Mon-Sat. This position will require about 1 month training period based upon your availability. Base rate for instructors without experience is $18.00 for the first 6 months. Must hold a valid Colorado Drivers license and complete a background check and have a good driving record. Drug testing upon request. Must speak fluent English (and Spanish is a plus) and have great communication skills. No experience necessary for Instructors. We are happy to train the right candidate. Must have a professional appearance, be friendly, patient, reliable and punctual. Availability after school, on weekends and school breaks is in high demand for lessons! All lessons are conducted out of our vehicles which are dual controlled. Classroom Teacher Class sessions are typically 8 hour days but are able to be broken in 4 hour shifts Mon - Thurs during Summer breaks. When schools are back in session we typically hold them during the weekends and during Cherry Creek and Douglas County school district breaks. We are looking for someone with a great sense of humor and loves to teach! We post our classes throughout the year and so you would know your schedule up front. We hold theses classes in Parker and Castle Rock facilities. Must hold a valid Colorado Drivers license and complete a background check and have a good driving record. Drug testing upon request.
