Sales Attendant

Sydney R. Marovitz Golf Course , located in Chicago, IL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Sales Attendant ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$17.30 - $17.40

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Attendant:

• Performs opening and closing procedures for the shop
• Responsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactions
• Make tee time reservations
• Assist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderly
• May work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf course
• Assist as needed with member events and outside tournaments

Minimum Qualifications for the Sales Attendant:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); and three months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance. Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
