Assistant Manager
Ready to take the next step in your career? Happy Daz is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead our team, sharpen your leadership skills, and deliver a great guest experience every shift. You'll work side-by-side with our General Manager to keep the restaurant running at its best - and grow as a leader while you do it.

What You'll Do:
- Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, inventory, ordering, cost control, hiring, and onboarding
- Share ownership of daily operations - guest service, drive-thru times, labor, and cost of goods
- Lead crew training and cross-training, coaching for consistency and retention
- Champion safety, sanitation, and food and beverage compliance throughout the restaurant
- Build genuine relationships with dine-in and drive-thru guests
- Hold the team accountable for attendance, prep, portioning, and cleanliness standards
- Handle guest concerns using our GRACE service approach
- Coach and recognize crew members through regular feedback and evaluations
- Step in wherever needed across the restaurant, leading by example
What We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years old, with 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Open availability and flexibility with a changing schedule
- Food safety knowledge or certification
- Experience leading and mentoring a diverse team
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Work Environment:
- Full-time, salaried position
- Reports to the General Manager
