We are seeking a dedicated professional to process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to prevent revenue disruption. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with internal logistics teams, carriers, and suppliers, and act as a key support resource for procurement and buying teams. Additionally, you'll identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to enhance our operations.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in order management, logistics, supply chain, or operations support
• Hands-on experience with shipment coordination and pickup scheduling
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash or procure-to-pay processes
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactional work with accuracy
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluency in English
