$26.50 - $50.00 per hour

This is a  pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for RN and LPN roles,  specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application .

What You'll Do: 

• Provide and coordinate nursing care tailored to each resident’s individual needs
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
• Assist with training and supporting care staff to uphold quality standards

What You'll Need:

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Minnesota
• A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
