Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students’ unique needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as appropriate
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide insightful input on student communication needs
• Supervise or mentor graduate interns as needed
