Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill Retail Remodel Lead positions for a Retail company in Charlotte, NC. This is a Temporary job. Apply now!

Duties for this position include:

• Assist with remodeling retail facilities by dismantling fixtures, shelving, and displays

• Stock merchandise and set up new product displays according to company standards

• Read, interpret, and execute detailed planograms and modular layouts

• Print modular sheets and shelf labels, clean counter tracks, and install Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) and Digital Signage Modules (DSM)

• Link newly completed modulars to inventory systems to ensure accurate scanning and inventory counts

• Merchandise side counters, action alley displays, and endcaps according to corporate specifications

• Assist with Point of Sale (POS) systems and other store technology as needed

• Clean remodeled departments and maintain a safe, organized work environment

• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Compensation (USD):

$19.00/hour plus per diem

Schedule:

Midnight Shift

Sunday Night – Thursday Night

8:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to use handheld scanners and accurately read small numbers and labels

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms and merchandising layouts

• Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused and work under tight timelines

• Must pass a background check

• Must pass a drug screen (including random drug testing)

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Employees must reside more than 40 miles from the worksite to qualify for per diem
