We are seeking a motivated IT Support Analyst I to provide exceptional technical support to healthcare clients throughout Ohio. This position requires regular travel to healthcare facilities across Ohio for onsite support, project implementations, and technology deployments. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to travel extensively as needed to support our clients. Responsibilities Provide remote and onsite IT support to end users Troubleshoot Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and ChromeOS devices Configure and deploy computers, user accounts, and peripherals Support healthcare-related clinical and business applications Document issues and resolutions within the ticketing system Assist with technology deployments, workstation replacements, and onboarding projects Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support Qualifications 2+ years of IT Support or Help Desk experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel regularly throughout Ohio Preferred Experience Remote support and ticketing systems Healthcare or skilled nursing environment What We Offer Paid time off Exposure to modern Microsoft cloud technologies Supportive team environment IRS mileage reimbursement for business travel Monthly cell phone stipend Why Join CarePoint IT Services?
