Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages Organizing the warehouse space Preparing orders for shipment Operating stock management tools such as forklift or pallet jack Counting stock and keeping inventory records Any other duties as assigned Qualifications Basic understanding of records, inventories, and routine documentation used in warehouse Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills Successfully pass background checks including criminal history and drug screening Ability to use forklift or pallet jack to move pallets and/or products High School diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of warehouse experience A forklift driver’s certification is preferred Physical Requirements Employee must use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. Repetitive hand use is required, including pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs, reaching above shoulder. Frequent bending and squatting are required. Ability to endure physically demanding shifts and repetitive tasks is crucial. Successfully passing the Human Performance Evaluation on Lift, Lift-Carry, Push-Pull and Repetitive Posture.
