Office Administrator/HR Support Specialist

REV LNG, LLC is headquartered in Victor, NY, with operations based in Towanda, PA. Role Description The Office Administrator/HR Support Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Victor, NY. This role supports day‑to‑day office operations, including managing reception duties, coordinating mail and deliveries, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly. The position assists with basic HR activities such as maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating interviews and meetings, and assisting with benefits and policy documentation. The specialist will help organize company events and trainings, prepare reports and correspondence, and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems. This role works closely with leadership and team members across the organization to provide responsive administrative, HR, and general support in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. Qualifications Strong office administration and administrative assistance skills, including organizing schedules, managing records, and supporting daily office operations. Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, copiers, and conference room technology. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, vendors, and external partners. Customer service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, problem‑solving, and maintaining a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment. Familiarity with HR support tasks such as onboarding documentation, maintaining employee files, and assisting with recruitment coordination is preferred. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with learning new digital tools and systems. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is strongly preferred; experience in energy or related industries is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or HR/administrative certification are beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
