Maintenance Mechanic — Daytime, Resident-Focused Building Tech

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to join our on-site team in Exeter, NH. The role encompasses a broad range of building maintenance, repairs, and services, working Monday–Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm with rotating on-call duties. You will be part of a high-performing maintenance team, developing relationships with residents and staff while keeping the community well-maintained and safe.
