Quality Inspector (CNC Manufacturing / Precision Machining)Pay: $18-$25/hour DOE Schedule: Full-Time (Shift not specified) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Pryor, OKMust-Have RequirementsProven experience as a Quality Inspector in CNC or manufacturing environment preferredStrong experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges)Experience operating or working with CMM equipmentStrong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)Ability to read blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExperience entering and managing data in ERP systemsAbility to communicate quality issues clearly and professionallyReliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPosition SummaryInspect machined parts to ensure compliance with engineering and customer specificationsSupport CNC manufacturing operations through detailed inspection and documentationIdentify non-conforming parts and assist with quality improvementsMaintain accuracy, consistency, and quality standards across productionEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed inspection of machined components using precision measuring tools and CMMsVerify dimensions and tolerances per blueprints and technical drawingsDocument inspection results accurately in ERP systemIdentify, record, and communicate non-conformances to production teamsSupport calibration and maintenance of inspection equipmentAssist with root cause analysis and corrective actionsParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesMaintain clean, safe, and organized inspection areaCollaborate with production teams to maintain quality standardsPerform additional duties as assignedAdditional QualificationsAerospace or tight-tolerance machining experience preferredFamiliarity with ISO or regulated quality systems is a plusExperience with Zeiss or similar CMM systems preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with strong documentation habitsAbility to work independently and in a team environment
