We are looking for a talented Korean Interpreter / Translator to join our team for a 6 -9 month role supporting semiconductor construction and manufacturing operations in Austin, Texas.
In this critical role, you will serve as the essential communication bridge between Korean expatriates and local teams. You will provide real-time interpretation during meetings, technical discussions, and on-site field activities while also translating important documents, emails, and materials to ensure smooth and accurate collaboration across departments. What You’ll Do
- Provide real-time Korean ↔ English interpretation (simultaneous and consecutive) for meetings, presentations, and daily operational communications.
- Translate and edit documents, emails, training materials, and technical specifications with high accuracy.
- Support urgent or short-notice interpretation requests in a dynamic construction and manufacturing environment.
- Help maintain consistent terminology and communication standards across Korean and local teams.
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules and priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Native or near-native fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written).
- strong interpretation and translation experience, preferably in technical or manufacturing settings.
- Excellent listening, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and short-notice requests with composure.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).

- Developing and implementing efficient administrative processes and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and data as required.
- Offering general office administration and support as needed.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, while following through on issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate onsite and offsite events for small and large groups.
- Create and edit presentations, spreadsheets and other various documents.
- Effectively handle related activities and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
