Phlebotomist IIIJob Location: Roanoke, VA- 24018 Job Duration: 5+ months of Contract + Possible extension/temp to hire Shift: Mon-Fri (7:00 am - 6:00 pm) EST (hours varies)Job DescriptionMin. 3 years of professional Phlebotomist experience is required.Perform blood draws safely and accurately.Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.Verify patient information and ensure specimen labels are correct before sending to the lab.Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections when required.Follow HIPAA, safety, and quality standards at all times.Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures and making patients feel comfortable.Help maintain smooth daily operations at assigned locations.What They're Looking ForConfident, independent phlebotomist who can work with minimal supervision.Excellent patient interaction and specimen collection skills.Committed to accuracy, patient safety, and quality standards.
