International Trade Specialist

The Analyst II will receive direct supervision from the International Industry Engagement Manager and general program direction from the Trade and Investment Representatives, as well as the Chief Deputy Director. The Analyst II will support initiatives led by the International team and facilitate overall process improvement and collaboration across International, REDI, and CalBIS teams to advance international trade activities.

Travel may be required up to 15%.

Working Conditions
Hybrid: this position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule and requires reporting in-person at headquarters in Sacramento. As a result of the Governor's executive order, GO-Biz employees may be required to come into the office in Sacramento at least four times a week, projected to be effective July 1, 2026. #li-hybrid

In July 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025). Under this program, employees' monthly base pay is reduced in exchange for paid leave credits.
