CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures. We are seeking a talented Quality Control Inspector to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky). Essential Job Functions Meets or exceeds all criteria for Quality Control Inspector I Perform dimensional/visual inspections on components and final assemblies using monitoring and measuring equipment (M&ME) according to production schedule. Must comply with internal quality system, business policies, and regulatory requirements and support business goals and objectives. Work with others in a teamwork atmosphere. Maintains work-station cleanliness on daily basis. Experienced reading and understand blueprints, travelers/routers, and work instructions. Can utilize basic shop math skills to aid with tolerancing and obtaining measurements of product. Basic knowledge of GD&T tolerancing. Basic understanding of utilizing an ERP system. Experience with generating inspection reports and FAI reports. Ability to multi-task. Basic understanding in issuing Nonconforming Reports. Capable of working with minimal supervision to support manufacturing needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience related to precision manufacturing and inspection (Aerospace Industry with emphasis on composite manufacturing a plus). Ability to interact with people on the floor, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups. Good analytical, writing, and communication skills. Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs. CTL Aerospace will provide a pay rate commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package.
