Position Details

We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist who is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys contributing to a goal-oriented team.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview: You will provide comprehensive preventive care, educate patients on oral health, and collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and high-quality clinical operations. This role is ideal for a hygienist who values productivity, patient connection, and a strong team culture.

Requirements

• Active Indiana Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Strong clinical and patient education skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
• Goal-oriented and committed to personal and team success
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
• Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
