Federal Benefits Specialist – On-Site | Phoenix, AZ 85012
Local Candidates Only: Must specify current location on resume
Pay Rate: Starts at $21/Hr. + Excellent SoAZ benefits
M–F, 8–5 On-Site (No remote)

Duties/Responsibilities
• Monitor and actively manage a caseload (up to 300 cases) of dependent DCS youth receiving federal Social Security, Veterans, or Railroad retirement benefits
• Ensure full compliance with Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S. 8-468) and all federal benefit program guidelines
• Track and process benefits for approximately 900 youth currently receiving federal benefits
• Complete all required documentation and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members for seamless case management
• May transition to hybrid schedule after initial onsite period

Required Qualifications
• Strong document management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Local residency in Phoenix, AZ (specify on resume)

Preferred Experience/Certifications
• Prior experience managing a caseload
• Experience in health and human services
