The Staff Pad is Hiring Looking for a career where your income is in your control? The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company to hire Roofing Sales Representatives. This is a high-income sales opportunity with uncapped commissions, strong support, and real growth potential. No roofing experience? No problem. If you're motivated and coachable, we'll train you.
What You'll Earn:
- $70K$80K Year 1
- $90K$100K Year 2
- $110K+ Year 3
- Uncapped commission top reps earn well above this.
- Potential to surpass listed ranges based on performance!
What You'll Do:
- Meet with homeowners and generate new business
- Perform roof inspections (training provided)
- Guide customers through the insurance & sales process
- Close deals and manage your pipeline
- Build referrals and repeat business
Who This Is Perfect For:
- Sales reps, canvassers, or anyone in commission-based roles
- Hospitality, retail, or customer-facing professionals ready to earn more

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Bonus if you have roofing or construction experience
- Door-to-door or outside sales experience
- Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)
