What You'll Earn:

• $70K$80K Year 1
• $90K$100K Year 2
• $110K+ Year 3
• Uncapped commission top reps earn well above this.
• Potential to surpass listed ranges based on performance!

What You'll Do:

• Meet with homeowners and generate new business
• Perform roof inspections (training provided)
• Guide customers through the insurance & sales process
• Close deals and manage your pipeline
• Build referrals and repeat business
