Job Title: Millwright - Manufacturing Department: Asphalt Plants Reports to: Plant Manager / Yard Foreman Major Role and Purpose Install and maintain equipment used in the manufacturing of Asphalt. Description of Duties Dismantle, repair and re-assemble heavy industrial machinery. Install equipment such as shafting and conveyors. Work with a variety of hand tools including measuring tools, welding and brazing equipment. Determine which machines, techniques, and tools to use when moving equipment and completing jobs. Perform all other duties deemed necessary or assigned. The job duties described herein are not exhaustive and may be supplemented. Education High School Diploma. Work Experience Knowledge of hydraulics, belt systems, motors, and other industrial machine mechanisms. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Millwright or similar job preferred. In depth knowledge of construction equipment and machinery. Reading blueprints and schematics. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
