Sales Manager

Automotive Sales Manager Anderson & Koch Ford is looking for an experienced, positive, and people-focused Sales Manager to join our team in North Branch, Minnesota. We are searching for someone who knows how to lead a sales team, develop people, and create an upbeat environment where employees and customers feel valued. The ideal candidate will have automotive sales management experience, a genuine passion for coaching and training, and the ability to help in the Finance and Insurance (F&I) office when needed. Previous Ford experience would be helpful, but it is not required. At Anderson & Koch Ford, we believe a successful dealership starts with a strong team. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support the dealership’s sales team Provide consistent one-on-one coaching and group training Help salespeople improve their product knowledge, communication skills, follow-up, and closing abilities Establish clear goals and hold the team accountable in a positive and professional manner Assist with desking deals and structuring transactions Provide support in the F&I office when needed Monitor leads, appointments, follow-up, and overall sales performance Help ensure customers receive a friendly, honest, and professional experience Work closely with dealership leadership and other departments Help recruit, onboard, and develop new salespeople Maintain a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace Qualifications Previous automotive sales management experience is strongly preferred Previous F&I experience or the ability to assist in the F&I office is preferred Ford dealership experience is helpful but not required Proven ability to train, coach, and develop salespeople Positive attitude and a leadership style that brings out the best in others Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable using dealership CRM and sales-management systems Ability to balance customer satisfaction, employee development, and dealership performance Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record Compensation and Benefits Expected compensation range: $100,000 plus Performance-based compensation opportunities Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Profit-sharing program Paid time off Employee vehicle and service benefits Supportive, team-focused work environment A dealership that values work-life balance About Anderson & Koch Ford Anderson & Koch Ford is a locally owned, full-service dealership that has served North Branch and the surrounding communities since 1963.
