This temp-to-perm registered nurse position in long-term care offers weekly pay up to $2,150 and focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to residents. The role supports a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform necessary medical procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and improve overall quality of life for residents.

Qualifications:

• Valid Iowa RN license
• BLS certification
• Mandatory Reporter training and certification
• At least 2 years of experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility settings
• Strong LTC/SNF experience
• Flexibility with schedule
• Ability to work rotating weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation or housing arrangements
