Senior Subcontracts Administrator

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Subcontracts Administrator will manage subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance and effective execution of contract terms. Key responsibilities: Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of subcontract agreements Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in subcontracting processes Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and resolve subcontract-related issues Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract administration or contract management Proven knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and related compliance requirements Experience with negotiation and management of complex subcontract agreements Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is preferred
