The community offers Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care with a beautiful view of Cedar Lake. Ebenezer is hiring a Registered Nurse/RN role responsible for ensuring the safety and health needs of adult long‑term care center and transitional care unit patients are met, supported by a team of nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work, and more. Work with the Nurse Leader (DON), CNAs and multidisciplinary departments. Schedule Casual hours. Minimum of 3 shifts per month Flexible schedule Day shift / Evening Shift / Night Shift Responsibilities Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan. Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies. Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modifies as needed. Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status, and cares provided. Required Enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain certification; BLS certification must be current MN RN license by start date. BLS is required upon hire and new hires must show proof that it is obtained within three weeks of hire date and before the nurse can perform independent practice. AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers. Preferred Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems. Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN. Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers.
