** Compensation: ** Starting salary of $50,000 annually, based on experience.

HomeTeam Inspection Service is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our corporate marketing team. This position will support the ongoing management and optimization of HomeTeam’s corporate and local franchise websites, digital advertising campaigns, SEO initiatives, and other digital marketing programs.

A significant focus of this role will be maintaining our websites and writing localized, search-optimized content for franchise locations. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also support Meta advertising, coordinate with external SEO and advertising partners, monitor digital performance, and help improve how HomeTeam attracts and converts customers online.

The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of WordPress, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and digital marketing best practices. This individual should be a strong writer, highly organized, technically curious, and comfortable managing multiple projects across a multi-location franchise system.

** Key Responsibilities **

** Website Management and Content **

• Complete ongoing updates to HomeTeam’s corporate and local franchise websites
• Write, edit, and publish localized, SEO-focused website content
• Create and update service pages, landing pages, FAQs, owner biographies, calls to action, promotions, packages, and franchise information
• Conduct basic keyword research and incorporate relevant search terms naturally into website content
• Write and optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and image information
• Ensure website content is accurate, consumer-friendly, locally relevant, and consistent with HomeTeam’s brand voice
• Coordinate and prioritize incoming website support requests
• Monitor website functionality, mobile usability, links, forms, and overall user experience
• Support website enhancements designed to improve engagement, lead generation, and conversions
• Coordinate more technical website needs with internal resources and external partners

** SEO and Website Optimization **

• Collaborate with partners on SEO strategy, website content, and ongoing optimization
• Implement approved technical, local, and on-page SEO recommendations
• Monitor organic website performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Help maintain consistency between website content, service areas, Google Business Profiles, and online listings
• Support HomeTeam’s ongoing local SEO and AI-search-readiness initiatives
• Review website and search-performance data to help prioritize future content and optimization needs

** Digital Advertising and Campaigns **

• Coordinate and execute HomeTeam’s internal Meta advertising campaigns
• Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, creative coordination, landing pages, and reporting
• Coordinate with our partners on Local Services Ads strategy, implementation, and performance
• Monitor advertising results and assist franchise owners with campaign-related questions
• Support localized campaigns, geofencing initiatives, event marketing, and brand-wide promotions
• Ensure campaigns follow franchise territories, brand standards, and approved messaging
• Assist with campaign invoicing and administrative needs
• Develop the knowledge and processes needed to bring additional advertising responsibilities in-house over time

** Analytics and Reporting **

• Use Google Analytics 4 and other reporting tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversions
• Support Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion-tracking implementation
• Track actions such as phone calls, form submissions, online bookings, and package selections
• Monitor advertising performance, including reach, engagement, leads, conversion rates, and cost per lead
• Help develop reports that connect digital marketing activity to leads, inspections, and revenue
• Identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve website content, campaigns, and conversions

** Franchise and Brand Support **

• Provide franchise owners with support related to websites, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing tools
• Assist with Google Business Profiles, online listings, and related local digital platforms as assigned
• Collaborate with the team on campaign content and localized initiatives
• Coordinate with the team on website and advertising creative
• Assist with campaign assets, image editing, and digital asset organization
• Help maintain brand consistency across websites, advertising, and local digital platforms
• Serve as HomeTeam’s internal subject-matter expert and primary brand point of contact for websites, SEO, paid media, analytics, and overall digital presence.
• Provide cross-trained support for Google Business Profiles, online listings, and other digital presence platforms as needed.

** Qualifications **

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, journalism, or a related field preferred
• One to three years of digital marketing, website management, content writing, or paid-media experience
• Working knowledge of WordPress or a similar content management system
• Foundational experience with Google Analytics 4 and website performance reporting
• Experience creating or supporting campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, local search, and website content optimization
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills
• Ability to translate technical or service-related information into clear, consumer-friendly website content
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Tag Manager, or conversion tracking is a plus
• Basic HTML, CSS, graphic-design, or photo-editing experience is beneficial but not required
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, franchise locations, requests, and deadlines
• Willingness to learn new platforms and assume greater ownership as the position develops
• Experience supporting a franchise or multi-location organization is a plus

This individual will consistently produce accurate, locally relevant content; complete website updates efficiently; help improve digital performance; and gradually assume greater responsibility for paid advertising and analytics.
