Youth Case Manager: In-Home & School Mental Health

Gulf Bend Center seeks a Child and Adolescent Services Case Manager to provide case management, skills training and medication training for children/adolescents with serious emotional disturbance and to support caregivers. The role is based at the Gulf Bend Regional Plaza in Victoria, TX, with a 40-hour workweek, M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm.
