Marksman Security Corporation is Now Hiring for a Communications Security Operator (Dispatcher)

Full Time Dispatch Security Officer (3rd Shift)

Site Location: Toyota Battery Manufacturing Plant – Liberty, NC

_ Security Officer $20.50 p/hr. _

3rd Shift (40 Hours)

Friday thru Tuesday 11:00pm - 7:00am

(Wednesday & Thursday Off)

Security Operations Center Experience is Required

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security AND customer service fields.

Join our growing North America Operations Center (NAOC) team as a Dispatcher , where you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of people, assets, and operations in North America.
You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, dispatching response personnel, and coordinating emergency communication — 24/7/365.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Valid PPSB NC Security License preferred
• Valid NC Driver’s License - Clean Driving Record - Past 3 years
• Previous dispatch experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state licensing, if applicable
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Previous security experience is not required however is a PLUS
