Job description:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare/Payer domain, with expertise in Facets .
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from health insurance/payer stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Facets core modules , including Member, Provider, Claims, Benefits, and Enrollment.
- Analyze and document healthcare payer business processes, workflows, and system requirements .
- Work closely with business users, SMEs, developers, QA, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Support Facets configuration, enhancements, and implementation based on business requirements.
- Experience with claims processing, adjudication, benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and provider management .
- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria .
- Perform data analysis and SQL queries to validate healthcare/payer data and troubleshoot issues.
- Support SIT/UAT , test-case preparation, defect analysis, and business-user validation.
- Analyze Facets interfaces and integrations with downstream/upstream healthcare applications and systems.
- Ensure requirements and solutions align with HIPAA, CMS, and healthcare industry standards .
