We are currently seeking to hire a positive and professional Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative and Brand teams to create visually appealing graphic materials to meet the marketing goals and promotional efforts of our clients. In addition, you will combine creativity with technical skills to produce a range of digital and print design assets.

The selected candidate will receive paid holidays and vacation. Blue Sky Marketing offers health insurance and a 401k. The compensation for this role is dependent upon skills and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Video Production & Editing: Craft compelling video content tailored for social media.
• Graphic Design: Design and update website graphics, ensuring a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing experience for our customers. Collaborate closely with the team to create landing pages and web banners and online ad campaigns.
• Social Content Creation: Design captivating title animations and editing videos tailored for various social media platforms. Design visuals for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. This encompasses creating profile images, graphics, and other visually appealing elements.
• Digital & Print Ads: Create eye-catching and memorable advertisements for digital platforms, magazines, and other print media, resonating with both seasoned musicians and newcomers. 95% of our production graphic design work is for online placements but occasionally print appears.
• Other duties and special projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer literacy with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro and After Effects; as well as working knowledge of Canva, Creatopy, and Figma.
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative project.
• Video editing and animation skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• College degree in related graphic design field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of advertising and marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of typography.
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a business environment.
