Job Description

As a CNC Operator, you will oversee the daily functions of CNC machinery, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (3/4/5 Axis).
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Machine materials such as aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel, and peek.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Utilize CMM machines and precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Translate instructions into computer commands for machine operations.
• Inspect machinery and products for quality assurance.
• Assist with machine set-ups at least once a week.

Essential Skills

• 1-5 years of CNC Operating experience.
• Ability to use calipers and micrometers.
• Proficiency in reading and following blueprint instructions.
• Experience with Haas machines.
• Skill in machining operations.

Work Environment

The position operates on the 1st Shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM in a manufacturing/production environment. Employees must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and are required to wear safety glasses and other safety equipment on the production floor. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
