Commercial Landscape Laborer

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for Commercial Landscape Laborers for immediate openings. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and staying active throughout the workday.

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Job Duties

As a Commercial Landscape Laborer, you will help maintain commercial properties and outdoor spaces. Responsibilities may include:

• Mowing and edging lawns
• Weeding and mulching landscape beds
• Fertilizing and watering lawns and plants
• Trimming hedges, shrubs, and small trees
• Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and other landscaping
• Removing unwanted trees, branches, and debris
• Seasonal leaf removal
• Seasonal snow removal
• General landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Performing other outdoor labor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Steel-toe shoes or boots required
• Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
