JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Responsible for general cleaning and routine maintenance of school facilities. Perform event set ups as needed. Salary Range/Compensation: Approx. $16-$23/hour based on experience, plus a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to health, dental and vision insurance, tuition discount, education reimbursement, generous paid time off package, 403(b) retirement plan match, etc. Job Start Date: As soon as possible Work Hours: 1:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Monday-Friday during the school year and 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. during the summer. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. 1. Completes general cleaning and routine maintenance of the classrooms, restrooms, kitchen, offices and public areas of Divine Savior Holy Angels High School (DSHA) to include scrubbing, waxing and buffing floors, vacuuming, cleaning, dusting, and discarding trash. 2. Provides a timely response to trouble calls and diagnoses and remedies problems as requested. 3. Documents tasks as completed. 4. Maintains work area in a clean and orderly fashion and conforms with all DSHA quality and safety regulations. 5. Assists with set-up responsibilities for special events. 6. May work outside if needed, on basic maintenance or grounds duties. 7. Reports any unsafe operating conditions or practices to management. 8. Completes other duties as assigned.
