As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary connection between our customers and service technicians, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service while helping drive the success of one of Utah's premier dealerships. When You Join Jerry Seiner, You'll Enjoy A positive, team-oriented work environment Competitive pay with performance incentives Ongoing manufacturer and professional training Career growth opportunities across multiple dealership locations A stable, family-owned organization with a reputation for excellence What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience Perform vehicle walkarounds and accurately document customer concerns Prepare and manage repair orders Explain recommended repairs and obtain customer authorization Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through pickup Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business Help achieve department sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals Required Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience Service Advisor experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong sales and upselling abilities Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Preferred Qualifications General Motors dealership experience Experience using CDK or other dealership management software Proven history of strong CSI scores and service sales performance What Makes You Successful The ideal candidate is positive, dependable, customer-focused, and driven to succeed.
