W.E. Davies and Sons was founded by a passionate individual in the construction industry. He later had two sons and realized it would be beneficial for them to inherit the business one day , so he began teaching them the trade. His lessons paid off, and eventually, his two sons took over the company, ensuring its continued growth. And grow they did! They expanded the team by bringing on more carpenters and additional staff members.
Instilling skilled trades in our younger generation is a source of pride for us adults, as we equip children with the abilities needed to continue building America. They, in turn, can pass these skills on to their own children . We can reflect on our efforts with pride, knowing we have imparted valuable knowledge to them.
