Where You’ll Make a Difference Perform daily sanitation activities according to the Master Sanitation Schedule. Clean production areas, equipment, and facility surfaces following established procedures. Assist with cleaning production equipment after manufacturing runs to support operational readiness. Operate Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) systems to properly clean and sanitize equipment components. Clean and sanitize drums using designated drum washing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of production areas, employee facilities, and office spaces. Clean and maintain facility drains to help prevent microbial growth and ensure sanitation compliance. Safely handle cleaning chemicals while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. What Makes You the Right Fit High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods of time. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to follow sanitation procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. How You Would Stand Out Previous sanitation experience in manufacturing, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical environment. Experience handling industrial cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems. Why Choose Us?
