Responsibilities Lead the customer experience by managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer receives a great, personalized experience. Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage the budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and company policies. Maintain the store’s appearance and presentation to reflect brand standards. Qualifications At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Experience in operational, financial and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required. Self-starter with a drive to learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers. Must be 18 years of age or older.
