NOW HIRING – Bilingual Rental Car Supervisor

Fort Myers Airport (RSW)

Pay: $16.00/hour | Weekly Pay Every Monday | Full-Time

Are you a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? EDS Service Solutions is looking for a Bilingual Rental Car Supervisor to join our airport operations team!

What You'll Do:

Supervise drivers and car cleaners during your shift.
Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company policies.
Monitor productivity and maintain operational standards.
Train, coach, and motivate team members.
Complete daily reports and operational paperwork.
Assist the Site Manager and help cover operational needs when required.
Help keep rental vehicles ready and available for customers.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required

Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience
Valid Driver's License
Clean driving record (last 3 years)
Must be available to work any shift (AM/PM), weekends, and holidays
Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
