Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides urgent and critical nursing care in the Emergency Room setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort while delivering high-quality triage and treatment. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize and manage incoming patients efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions rapidly upon arrival, prioritizing urgent cases
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and update care plans
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and health management

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Proven experience working in an Emergency Room or critical care environment
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced settings
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
