Position Details

• Specialty: Med Surg
• Location: Mattoon, IL
• Contract Length: 8 - 12 weeks
• Compensation: $1,877 - $2,262
• Shift: 3x12 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored patient care.
• Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team, ensuring the highest quality of care is upheld.
• Monitor patient conditions and apply appropriate interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and execute individualized care plans.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Active Illinois nursing license is required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• ACLS certification (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of starting.
• Availability for weekend shifts every other weekend is required.
