The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Execute daily equity transaction processing, including vesting, exercises, and related activities. Administer monthly employee stock purchase plan processes globally. Coordinate quarterly dividend processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Support stock administration activities, including granting and vesting events. Perform ongoing maintenance of Fidelity’s equity administration system, such as employee data updates, transaction validation, and troubleshooting. Manage escalations using Salesforce from global service centers, HR, or employees related to stock plans and equity administration. Update and maintain stock plan communication materials, procedures, and reference documentation. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, Finance and/or Accounting in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Two (2) years of global equity compensation experience Proficiency in Workday and Fidelity’s stock administration portal Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V‑lookups, filters) for audits, reconciliations, and complex calculations Proven analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills Detail oriented and ability to think critically Project management, organization, and prioritization skills Ability to grasp accounting, tax, finance, and legal concepts Work location This role follows an on‑site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. Travel May include up to 5% domestic/international. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B). 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
